Viktor Lapin 1932 – 2006

F3 NEZ cup on nimetty Viktor Lapinin muistokilpailuksi. Lapin oli pitkän linjan venäläinen kilpa-ajaja ja autokisojen puuhamies, joka kuoli vuonna 2006 vain kaksi päivää ennen ADM:n virallisia avajaisia.  

Lapin voitti vuonna 1966 F3-luokassa Neuvostoliiton mestaruuden ja Itä-Euroopan "ystävyys-cupin" ja kilpaili myös motokrossissa ja rallissa. Lapin oli mukana perustamassa mm. NL:n karting-toimintaa, Estonia-formulatehdasta ja Venäjän autourheiluliittoa. Lisäksi hän toimi monessa rataprojektissa.
